Blanche Bautista Reincarnation Story: A Lullaby From a Past Life
Blanche Bautista’s reincarnation case is a classic example of reincarnation in the same family.
In 1900, Blanche Bautista was born to Flornida Bautista, an Italian army captain, and her mother was Signora Bautista. Blanche was cared for by a servant from Switzerland named Mary.
Mary used to sing Blanche a French lullaby to lull the baby to sleep. However, tragedy struck when Blanche died at the tender age of 2. After Blanche died, Mary left the Bautista’s job and went back to Switzerland.
Signora Bautista became pregnant again in 1905. Three months into her pregnancy, Signora had a vision of Blanche.
Blanche’s vision came when she and her husband were both lying in bed, but both were fully awake. Signora saw in her room a figure slowly taking shape that seemed to be her little Blanche.
In the vision, Blanche seemed happy and said to Signora: “Mom, I’m coming back.” After these words, Blanche’s figure vanished into thin air. Captain Flornida Bautista was also able to relate Signora’s vision, and he believed what his wife said.
Signora gave birth to a little girl in February 1906 – a baby they also named Blanche.
Both parents noticed the striking resemblance in appearance between the first Blanche and the second. Her second baby also had curly black hair and dark round eyes. However, this can simply be attributed to genetics, so the resemblance was not a cause for concern.
However, when the second Blanche turned five, something happened that would turn the Bautistas’ lives upside down.
The second Blanche began to sing a lullaby…
…a French lullaby.
The child sang exactly the same French lullaby that the former servant Mary sang to the first Blanche!
For nine years this French lullaby had not been heard or sung in the Bautistas’ house. The people in contact with the family, and the second Blanche, neither knew French nor spoke the language.
Flornida and Signora asked the second Blanche, who was teaching her the lullaby, to which the child replied: “No one. I just know it myself.” The second Blanche continued to sing the lullaby from then on.
The case of the Bautistas is included in Ian Stevenson’s 2008 compilation, European Cases of the Reincarnation Type, and continues to amaze both reincarnation experts and readers who come across the story.

- Families are often reborn together
The souls of individuals within a family often choose to be reincarnated together again in their next life.
Why?
The first reason is that everyone is reborn in a soul group. Also known as soul family. A soul group consists of any number of souls that regularly reincarnate together at the same time.

For example, the soul’s parents are unable to conceive a child in the physical world, hence the need for adoption.
The second reason is that the soul chooses to be put up for adoption to learn a lesson needed for their own spiritual advancement. For example, a soul may need to learn lessons about independence or dealing with abandonment.
