It’s time for Mercury retrograde
The planet Mercury goes retrograde three to four times a year for about three weeks each time. Many astrologers also consider a “shadow period” lasting about a week on either side of the retrograde period. This “shadow” begins from the date Mercury slows down and lasts until it resumes its usual direction and full speed.
Of course, all of that means we’ve got five weeks of hell ahead of us, right? Not necessarily.

She planned ways to eliminate wasted minutes each day and use them to focus on herself, and eventually saw how much easier it made her encounters with Zach.
Cecilia stopped writing to him all day. She no longer sought “constant contact” with Zach, but instead focused on the quality of contact. They both started enjoying their phone calls and texting again. It reconnected them. Her communication was once again intimate and authentic.

Cecilia found that when she was tired and exhausted from too much work or socializing, her conversations with Zach became dry and boring. She realized that she was burned out and needed to rest and recharge before calling or texting him. She stopped discussing her relationship with her friends all the time and stopped getting confused by all of their differing opinions.
